I'm stuck with a 1920 x 1080 monitor and a low powered box. Has anyone tested hlsl on a 4k monitor yet?. I havent compared with groovy in 31k, but plain vanilla mame with triplebuffer and prescale 3. The algorithm of integer-ratio scaling in MAME uses pixels of the same size. To prevent blur, switch the Settings → Shader option to the None value. (used 960 of 1080 pixels with the ratio of 4), while the height of a 4K monitor is. For example, a pixel on a 4K monitor can still be noticeable at the Full HD. I figured out that if I turn off BGFX and switch to HLSL, everything runs perfectly fine. This was originally a rock solid setup until I upgraded my TV from 1080 to 4K. lagrepecpe has shared a draft of their Kickstarter project page so you can leave feedback. After comparing the HLSL and GLSL settings on my machine (a little older and a 1080P TV). I downloaded your hyperspin setup and compared the mame.exe to the one I had. Even 4k doesn't have that much resolution. I'm always battling with HLSL, never getting the right settings I want. so few preconfigure bgfx shaders out now for mame compared to that of. I'm running Mame on my spare computer with a weak Radeon 4350 so I cant run HLSL at 1080p 100%. Yes IIRC and only in GroovyMAME and Win 7 to 10.
